How to Make Gharge or a sweet poori from pumpkin?

Do you have a sweet tooth? Would you love to have a sweet breakfast? Then do read this recipe and see our video of how to make sweet poori from pumpkin commonly known as Gharge in India.  Ingredients Small piece of pumpkin Jaggery wheat flour salt to taste oil for deep frying Recipe First grate the pumpkin. Grate jaggery or make pieces of jaggery whichever you find suitable. Put them into the grated pumpkin, add salt as per taste and add wheat flour. Now knead it to form a thick dough. Apply oil to your palms and make small balls of the dough. Then flatten the balls to give it a round shape with palms on a plastic or butter paper. If the dough isn't soft you can even flatten it with the help of a  rolling pin. Then deep fry the poori and your sweet dish is ready to be served with pickles or sauces as per your choice.

But today I am elaborating a new, and not so explored destination which is a hill station located in Amravati district of Maharashtra (India) called ” CHIKHALDARA” . Full of Valleys, Greenery and pure Air is the best description of this hill station. This hill station is covered by bushy mountains and has a forest enriched with sound volume of wild animals. This forest - Melghat is declared as a Tiger reserve by the state in 1974-75. Teak wood and sandalwood trees are also seen in these forests.
