Cutlet from the leftover poha, rice, daal and vegetable


However we try to finish the food made at home, we still are left behind with some or the other items. Also they are left in such a quantity that we can't even eat them right away as our stomach is full nor can we cherish them later. we just remove it in small utensils and store them in refrigerators. But after that we get all the more bored to eat the stored items and so I am here to show you'll how you can make the best use of your leftover food items. cutlets are loved by everyone and you can make them from these leftover foods. Ingredients :
leftover rice or poha
Leftover vegetable
Leftover daal or vegetable with gravy
1 finely chopped onion
1-2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
corn flour
salt to taste

Recipe :
Take the leftover poha or rice, vegetbles, and daal. add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste to it. add salt as per your taste and add corn flour enough in order to knead the dough.Then make big balls of the dough and flatten the balls with hand and cut out different shapes with the help of a cutter and shallow fry them in a fry pan.
