However we try to finish the food made at home, we still are left behind with some or the other items. Ingredients :
leftover rice or poha
Leftover vegetable
Leftover daal or vegetable with gravy
1 finely chopped onion
1-2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
corn flour
salt to taste
Recipe :
Take the leftover poha or rice, vegetbles, and daal. add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste to it. add salt as per your taste and add corn flour enough in order to knead the dough.Then make big balls of the dough and flatten the balls with hand and cut out different shapes with the help of a cutter and shallow fry them in a fry pan.
