Ingredients
Small piece of pumpkin
Jaggery
wheat flour
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Recipe
First grate the pumpkin. Grate jaggery or make pieces of jaggery whichever you find suitable. Put them into the grated pumpkin, add salt as per taste and add wheat flour. Now knead it to form a thick dough. Apply oil to your palms and make small balls of the dough. Then flatten the balls to give it a round shape with palms on a plastic or butter paper. If the dough isn't soft you can even flatten it with the help of a rolling pin. Then deep fry the poori and your sweet dish is ready to be served with pickles or sauces as per your choice.
