गुरुपुर्णिमा = गुरु + पुर्णिमा Gurupurnima is celebrated in India by Hindu's on the full moon day (purnima) of Ashad month as per hindu calendar. This day is considered as a festival, where people worship their Guru (preacher/priest/saint) who direct them on their religious paths. Earlier i.e. during the era of Mahabharat and Ramayan, we have studied that there was a Guru-Shishya Parampara गुरु-शिष्य परंपरा that used to be followed, wherein the shishyas (students) used to stay with guru and get all the education needed. Dadpe Pohe- A traditional breakfast item in every Maharashtrian house. If you ever visit Maharashtra, then do try out this dish instead of the regular Kande Pohe. I am sure you would definitely like it. So let's move on to how this dish is prepared. Ingredients - serves 4-5 persons Thin Rice flakes ( Patal Pohe) (4 bowls) Finely chopped Onion (1-2) Grated Coconut (half bowl) Finely chopped Tomatoes (1-2) Groundnut powder - half bowl 1 Lemon - sqeeze and take juice of it 1 teaspoon sugar Salt to taste Oil (4-5 table spoon) if it becomes more than that its fine, but it should not be less than this. Sooji or Rava is always filling and healthy so it is the most preferred food item to make any dish. Apart from Upma, today we will have a look at how to make rava dosa instantly. Ingredients 2 cups Rava or Sooji/ Suji 1 cup buttermilk 1 bowl rice flour 2-3 finely chopped green chilies Finely chopped onion Corriander Salt Oil Water Recipe Batter preparation Soak 2 cups sooji in butterimilk for half an hour. after half an hour add all the ingredients mentioned above i.e. 1 bowl rice flour, chopped onion, green chilies corriander and salt as per taste. add water to make it a free flowing batter. Kairi Panhe/ Raw Mango Juice Ingredients : serves 6 glass 2 raw mangoes 1 Full Big Bowl Jaggery Water Cardamom powder Recipe Remove skin of the raw mangoes. Put them in cooker and bring 2-3 whistles.
