Sooji or Rava is always filling and healthy so it is the most preferred food item to make any dish. Apart from Upma, today we will have a look at how to make rava dosa instantly.



Ingredients

2 cups Rava or Sooji/ Suji
1 cup buttermilk
1 bowl rice flour
2-3 finely chopped green chilies
Finely chopped onion
Corriander
Salt
Oil
Water

Recipe

Batter preparation

Soak 2 cups sooji  in butterimilk for half an hour. after half an hour add all the ingredients mentioned above i.e. 1 bowl rice flour, chopped onion, green chilies corriander and salt as per taste. add water to make it a free flowing batter. You can add water and adjust its consistency as per your choice. If you want the dosa to be too crispy then make the batter more thin and if you want the dosa less crispy or spongy you can keep the batter thick.

Now once the batter is ready, keep a pan over gas flame and let it become hot. Once it is hot, put 1-2 table spoon oil over it and spread it. Pour the batter evenly in a circle as shown in the video. Keep the flame low to medium. After 2 mins the dosa will start leaving the pan and you can flip it and let it get cooked from the other side. While cooking from the other side you can keep the flame high so that the process can be made quick. and your instant rava dosa is ready to be served now. you can serve it with any kind of chutney.
