Dadpe Pohe- A traditional breakfast item in every Maharashtrian house. If you ever visit Maharashtra, then do try out this dish instead of the regular Kande Pohe. I am sure you would definitely like it. So let's move on to how this dish is prepared. Ingredients - serves 4-5 persons Thin Rice flakes ( Patal Pohe) (4 bowls) Finely chopped Onion (1-2) Grated Coconut (half bowl) Finely chopped Tomatoes (1-2) Groundnut powder - half bowl 1 Lemon - sqeeze and take juice of it 1 teaspoon sugar Salt to taste Oil (4-5 table spoon) if it becomes more than that its fine, but it should not be less than this. Sooji or Rava is always filling and healthy so it is the most preferred food item to make any dish. Apart from Upma, today we will have a look at how to make rava dosa instantly. Ingredients 2 cups Rava or Sooji/ Suji 1 cup buttermilk 1 bowl rice flour 2-3 finely chopped green chilies Finely chopped onion Corriander Salt Oil Water Recipe Batter preparation Soak 2 cups sooji  in butterimilk for half an hour. after half an hour add all the ingredients mentioned above i.e. 1 bowl rice flour, chopped onion, green chilies corriander and salt as per taste. add water to make it a free flowing batter. You can add water and adjust its consistency as per your choice. Ingredients: can serve 5-6 people. usually 25-30 medium sized pieces can be cut Oil - for cooking as well as greasing the plate Ginger (small piece) Garlic (5-6 pieces) Green chilli (2-3 if chilies are non spicy if too spicy then 1-2 are enough) spinach washed, cleaned & chopped (1 judi) 1 spoon lemon juice 2 spoons sugar 1 small spoon salt 2 glass water 3 big spoons gram flour 2 big spoons rice flour few sesame seeds   Recipe: Initial preparation Grease the plate with oil first and keep it aside. wash and clean the spinach and chop it and keep it aside. make ginger garlice and green chilli paste. you can increase or reduce the number of chilies as per the spiciness you prefer.  Main preparation over flame Add 5-6 tbsp. oil in an utensil. add the prepared paste to it. add chopped spinach and mix it well. cover it with lid for 1 minute.
