Ingredients Cauliflower Onion Cashews (Kaju) Tomatoes Ginger garlic paste Red chilli powder Asafoetids (hing) Turmeric (Haldi) JAggery Salt to taste Oil Water Recipe Cut cauliflower and put it in salt water in order to remove germs and dust from it. This is a cleansing process. you can also add turmeric in addition to salt to the water. Then in a small kadhai take only 1 tbsp. oil and toss cashews. Once they turn brown from both sides remove and keep it aside. now toss onion and when it changes color you can keep them aside. Finally toss tomatoes.
