Working women strive to cook tasty and yummy food but in a faster, easy and quick way. So here we come with an easy and quick vegetable from cauliflower. Fast and easy recipes of vegetable for working women. Ingredients Cauliflower Onion Cashews (Kaju) Tomatoes Ginger garlic paste Red chilli powder Asafoetids (hing) Turmeric (Haldi) JAggery Salt to taste Oil Water Recipe Cut cauliflower and put it in salt water in order to remove germs and dust from it. This is a cleansing process. you can also add turmeric in addition to salt to the water. Then in a small kadhai take only 1 tbsp. oil and toss cashews. Once they turn brown from both sides remove and keep it aside. now toss onion and when it changes color you can keep them aside. Finally toss tomatoes. Grind all the 3 in a mixer and add water to make the mixture smooth. Since its winter, there are lot of carrots in the market, and they are even good for eyes, so jump and lets start with a tasty sweet dish from carrots, the all time favourite sweet dish in bollywood movies "GAJAR HALWA" Ingredients : 5-6 Carrots (Gajar) 2 tbsp. Desi ghee (butter without salt) 1 bowl sugar 1 bowl fresh milk cream 1/2 bowl fresh milk kaju and kishmish Recipe Grate the carrots. Add 2 tbsp. ghee in kadhai and add the grated carrot into it. Keep stirring them till its color changes. then add sugar to the mixture and keep stirring it again till the sugar melts completely. Then add the fresh cream and milk and stir it again. after 15-20 mins Gajar Halwa is ready and now you can add the dry fruits of your choice (kaju, badam, pista, kishmish). Serve hot & healthy gajar halwa and satisfy your sweet tooth. .

Baingan Fry / Fish style Brinjal vegetable

Brinjal is a vegetable which many people love. There are variety of brinjals and hence it can be cooked in different styles as well. I am using a big single brinjal of which we generally do bharata, but I would be showing you a different style of making a vegetable out of this brinjal which would look like a fishy fry and hence the name baingan fry. So now we move on to the recipe. Ingredients Single brinjal (baingan) Groundnut powder Red chilli powder Asafoetida (hing) Turmeric (haldi) Salt (namak) Recipe Cut the brinjal into 4 pieces. poke them with the help of a knife. and soak them in a water wherein salt is added. The salted water is absorbed in the brinjal through the pores. Then prepare a mixture with groundnut powder, Red chilli powder, Asafoetida (hing), Turmeric (haldi) & Salt (namak). mix it well. remove the brinjal's from the water and apply the mixture on them. since brinjal is wet mixture stucks to it firmly.
