Fried Rice

Ingredients
Half cooked rice or you can even use already cooked leftover rice
Oil (olive oil preferable)
Soya sauce
Green chilli sauce
Red chilli sauce
Tomato sauce
Vinegar
Salt
garlic (this is must)
Onion
Spring onion
Capsicum
Cabbage
French beans

you can even add vegetable as per your choice like mushrooms, baby corns, lentils etc to make the rice rich in nutrients. But you can go with basic vegetables if you are in a hurry.

Recipe

Let the oil get hot in a Kadhai. Add small pieces of garlic. let it turn brown. Also when you will get its smell then you can add finely chopped onion. Once onion turns its colour, you can add other vegetables. Cover the kadhai with lid and let the vegetables to cook for some time. Add salt  to it after some time and let it cook again. This will help the vegetables to absorb the salt. After the vegetables are cooked, add half cooked rice or the leftover rice in the mixture. Mix the vegetables with the rice. Now add soya sauce, Green chilli sauce, Red chilli sauce,Tomato sauce and vinegar. Again add some salt and stir the mixture to blend all the sauces with the rice and vegetables. cover it with lid for 2 mins. After two mins your dish is ready to be served or packed in tiffin for office.
