Ingredients
Cauliflower
Onion
Cashews (Kaju)
Tomatoes
Ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder
Asafoetids (hing)
Turmeric (Haldi)
JAggery
Salt to taste
Oil
Water

Recipe

Cut cauliflower and put it in salt water in order to remove germs and dust from it. This is a cleansing process. you can also add turmeric in addition to salt to the water. Then in a small kadhai take only 1 tbsp. oil and toss cashews. Once they turn brown from both sides remove and keep it aside. now toss onion and when it changes color you can keep them aside. Finally toss tomatoes. Grind all the 3 in a mixer and add water to make the mixture smooth. Now in a kadhai, you can add oil. once the oil is hot, add the grinded paste. saute it well till it leaves oil. then add  (hing) asafoetida, turmeric (haldi), Red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and jaggery. Jaggerry and garlic is usually put in cauliflower vegetable in order to remove the vegetable's bad odour and taste. add salt as per taste and water. Cover it with lid and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. you can garnish it with corriander and few kishmish and fill it in your tiffin to cherish it on your lunch break.
