Cold Drinks are a bliss in hot summer's, and if its a natural drink, then it adds a point in being healthy. Kairi as called in Marathi or kaccha aam in Hindi are the names for Raw Mangoes. A soothing drink from these raw mangoes, rejuvenates one being and makes a person energetic helping to beat the heat. Our previous health drink - Coconut Juice received tremendous response on facebook and youtube and so here we come with our second natural and healthy drink of this season 1 summer session. Kairi Panhe/ Raw Mango Juice Ingredients : serves 6 glass 2 raw mangoes 1 Full Big Bowl Jaggery Water Cardamom powder Recipe Remove skin of the raw mangoes. Put them in cooker and bring 2-3 whistles. After opening the lid, remove the mango seed and squeeze entire juice out of it. add 1 big bowl jaggery to it and heat it on a slow flame untill it is boiled and all the jaggery is melted. So here we have come across with an answer to your question that would reduce your tension and provides you with a unique dish to serve your guests. Ingredients: (serves 8 people) 8 boiled potatoes 1 bow; boiled green peas 5-6 small pieces of ginger- 5-6 pieces of garlic 2-3 green chilies 1/2 bowl coriander 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds salt to taste Oil to fry Recipe Filling First make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander and cumin seeds. So an alternate sweet dish with a similar taste i.e. mugache ladoo is the best option for them. Ingredients 4 tbsp. rice flour 1 tbsp. gram flour 1 chopped onion Asafoetida (hing) Turmeric (haldi) Salt Water Recipe: Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and add water slowly to make a slimy mixture. Do not add too much water. With the help of hand or spoon, you can release balls of the mixture in hot oil in order to deep fry it.
