Besan ke ladu is a famous sweet dish in India, bu people who are acidic in nature or allergic to (gram flour) besan cannot have them. So an alternate sweet dish with a similar taste i.e. mugache ladoo is the best option for them. This ladu, highly nutritious, healthy and high on proteins is on the top list of recommendations to pregnant ladies, oldies, youngsters and children. So lets jump on to its ingredients and recipe which would take hardly 15 minutes of your time to have these melting and mouth watering ladoos in your mouth. Ingredients 4 tbsp. rice flour 1 tbsp. gram flour 1 chopped onion Asafoetida (hing) Turmeric (haldi) Salt Water Recipe: Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and add water slowly to make a slimy mixture. Do not add too much water. With the help of hand or spoon, you can release balls of the mixture in hot oil in order to deep fry it.
