Cold Drinks are a bliss in hot summer's, and if its a natural drink, then it adds a point in being healthy. Kairi as called in Marathi or kaccha aam in Hindi are the names for Raw Mangoes. A soothing drink from these raw mangoes, rejuvenates one being and makes a person energetic helping to beat the heat. Our previous health drink - Coconut Juice received tremendous response on facebook and youtube and so here we come with our second natural and healthy drink of this season 1 summer session. Kairi Panhe/ Raw Mango Juice Ingredients : serves 6 glass 2 raw mangoes 1 Full Big Bowl Jaggery Water Cardamom powder Recipe Remove skin of the raw mangoes. Put them in cooker and bring 2-3 whistles. After opening the lid, remove the mango seed and squeeze entire juice out of it. add 1 big bowl jaggery to it and heat it on a slow flame untill it is boiled and all the jaggery is melted. Since summer's have started, we plan friends meet, unions, family get together's aur even baccha party's i.e. party of kids or only their moms, or even our regular kitty party's (bishi) and in such party, what should we have for munching becomes a big question mark. So here we have come across with an answer to your question that would reduce your tension and provides you with a unique dish to serve your guests. Ingredients: (serves 8 people) 8 boiled potatoes 1 bow; boiled green peas 5-6 small pieces of ginger- 5-6 pieces of garlic 2-3 green chilies 1/2 bowl coriander 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds salt to taste Oil to fry Recipe Filling First make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander and cumin seeds. Then Smash the boiled potatoes. Add boiled green peas to it and smash them as well. Add the prepared paste and mix the filling well with hands. But if you are health conscious person, then you generally tend to avoid aerated, altered, artificially flavored cold drinks and hence we are here to show you healthy & natural recipes for cold drinks to keep you energetic and alive this summer season. We are releasing our first ever episode for the summer series and i.e. COCONUT JUICE. Its not just coconut water, but its more than that. So lets move to its preparation. Ingredients: serves 6 glass 2 Tender Coconuts (शहाळं) 8 spoons sugar Ice cubes Recipe: Remove the water from the tender coconut. then remove all the Malai i.e. tender coconut from inside the coconut.
